You can sign up for Minno from any country, but we don’t have licensing rights for some shows worldwide. As long as you have a strong wifi connection, you'll be good to go. Please note, however, that we charge subscriptions in USD, and you will be charged a small conversion fee if purchasing from outside of the United States.
