If you subscribed to Minno Kids on gominno.com or jellytelly.com, you can cancel by following these steps using a computer:
- Log into your account at account.gominno.com
- Click “Subscription” from the left menu.
- Click the “Edit” button next to your subscription.
- Scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription".
- Then, click on "Yes, I'm sure".

If you are trying to cancel your Minno subscription through a browser using a mobile device, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account at account.gominno.com
- Click the hamburger menu on the top left
- Click "Subscription" under the Account header
- Click "Edit"
- Scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription"
- Then, click on "Yes, I'm sure"
** Please note, if you have subscribed using credit/debit card or ACH payments, your cancellation will take place at the end of your paid period.
