We're thrilled to hear you want to reactivate your Minno subscription! 🎉
If your account is CANCELED, please complete the following steps:
- Log into your Minno account on any browser via account.gominno.com
- Click the Menu button on the left side of the screen.
- Click 'Subscription'
- Add your billing information and preferred subscription plan on the right side.
- Once done, click on "Start Watching!" and you should be good to go!
If you signed up through the WEBSITE and are PENDING CANCELLATION, you can reactivate your account by simply completing the following steps:
- Click the Menu button on the left side of the screen.
- Click 'Subscription'
- Click the “Reactivate Subscription” button next to your subscription plan.
- Scroll down and click "Reactivate Plan".
- You'll see a confirmation message: "Your changes have been saved" along with your next invoice date.
If you signed up through ROKU, AMAZON, GOOGLE, or APPLE and are pending cancellation, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to support@gominno.com
- Include your Minno email and which platform you signed up with, and we'll walk you through options!
