From the WEB, follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account at https://account.gominno.com/
2. Click on the profile icon at the top right side of the screen
3. Select Settings
4. Enter your password
5. Click on "Edit" under the profile you want to remove
6. Click on "Mark as inactive"
7. Confirm by clicking on "Yes, I'm sure"
You should see it under the Inactive Profiles section. To add it again, click on "Activate". The "Family" profile cannot be removed.
For iOS and Android* mobile apps, removing profiles will be available soon, but you follow the steps above on a mobile browser. Profiles cannot be removed via the Roku app.
