Why apps crash:
Incompatible software issues
Issues with code in the app
Unstable network connection
Not enough memory
Troubleshooting steps.
Test the app in between each step to see if it resolves the issue.
iOS App
Make sure you are logged out of Minno Kids on all Devices
Quit and relaunch the app (double click home, select Minno Kids app and swipe up, then re-open the app)
Reboot device (hold home button and power button at the same time until the Apple icon appears)
Make sure your iOS and app are up-to-date
Delete and reinstall the Minno Kids app
Clear memory (don’t run multiple apps in the background, if storage space is nearly full clear space)
Android app
Make sure you are logged out of Minno Kids on all Devices
Quit and relaunch the app
Restart your device (press and hold the Power button. When the menu appears, tap Restart)
Make sure your software and app are up-to-date
Delete and reinstall the app

Clear cache
Go to Settings
Tap on Apps (App Manager, Manage apps, depending on the Android device)
Find the app that keeps crashing or freezing and tap on it
Next, tap Clear cache
Tap Force stop
Go back to the Home screen and launch the app again.
Clear space (close out apps running in the background, free up space on the device if full or near full)
