If you're experiencing an issue with your order, please include your order number (if you've already placed it) and details about the issue you're experiencing. This will help us resolve your issue faster and more effectively.
Our Customer Experience team is happy to help, and we do our best to make sure you receive a prompt reply (normally within 24 hours). We currently work Mon-Fri from 8am-6pm CST, and check requests a couple times on Saturdays. We take Sundays as our day of rest. Our team celebrates the holidays with our lovely families, and will not be checking requests on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and other major US holidays.
